    I believe there's room for improvement in the design of this plugin. Unfortunately, it feels like some of the basic functions have been made unnecessarily complicated. For example, it would be much more efficient if the plugin could automatically scan all VST and AU files, similar to what Nomad Factory's Magma does. This would save time and eliminate the need to manually search through the VST folder every time. Additionally, incorporating built-in LFOs and envelopes to modulate parameters would be a significant enhancement. Again, taking inspiration from Magma, this would provide more flexibility and control directly within the plugin, streamlining the workflow. I hope these suggestions are helpful and can be considered for future updates. Thanks!

    BTW, will we be able to adjust mic positions, mic angles and mic distance from speaker? And also distance between 2 or 3 speakers in Spinal Vibe? All these little details have profound effect on rotary speaker sound. Distances and angles of the microphones. I hope you go as super nerdy with Spinal Vibe as you did with your other plugins. Lets have all possible options and configurations, as usual.

    • @bluecataudio

  • @teddym2808
    @teddym2808 4 месяца назад

    Ok so I know you read here so will give you thoughts after giving the plugin a real go. Well, this is by far the best 'overall' delay plugin on the market. The stuff it can do is insane, for want of a better word. It's VERY powerful. My gripes? I have never seen a delay plugin before that doesn't use the traditional 1/8, 1/8d or t, 1/4 etc divisions, and I don't know if I can get used to it over time, as my brain is wired to a certain way of thinking, and to be completely honest, I don't understand WHY you have taken this approach or at least not given us the options of the standard subdivisions. Please consider this. Secondly, I think I have learned the plugin pretty well now in advanced GUI mode. However, I am a bit disappointed that I can't replicate a really nice distorted tape delay extreme feedback effect, well at least I have been unsuccessful thus far. On Windows, you can put a plugin called analogic delay on the tap insert (via jbridge as it's an old 32 bit plug), set the delay of that plugin to zero and just drive the feedback, as that plugin was written to mimic Logic's superb sounding feedback saturation. On Mac, well.... I mean I have yet to find the right combo of plugins to help me achieve that sound, and I really think a vintage saturation mode should be built in. Thirdly, I can't see a way to modulate parameters within the actual plugin. Sure, I can use a filter effect on a "late reply" that has its own modulation, but then I keep having to go to third party, when it should be built in. Your own filter inserts are just static which is really disappointing. That said, adding a talking modulator synced to host tempo to a reply was pretty nuts, it sounded so awesome (audiothing orb filter). Crazy stuff in the best possible way. For a delay that is so highly priced and is SO powerful otherwise, I am just more than a little surprised that these things have been overlooked. It's still. a buy, but as a previous customer I am going to wait for the usual email to tell me there are customer discounts available, as 200 AUD is just too much. It's also frustrating me no end that I can't seem to change my registered email address and that email I previously used is LONG gone from an OLD ISP, I switched ISP last year, so I'd be missing any blue cat customer offers *anyway*, and your support team did not answer my request to change my email to my new one that I sent about a month back, so yes, I am frustrated, and if I miss a sale I will be bummed.

      C'est variable en fonction de la distance et de la connexion, mais en général de 5 à 20 ms en dessous de 1000km, ce qui est parfait pour jouer à plusieurs (équivalent à une distance de moins de 7 mètres). Bien sûr le signal propre de chaque musicien n'a pas de latence.

      @@bluecataudio Il ne te reste plus qu'à monter une plateforme qui permettra aux musiciens de jammer ensemble à les toutes heures du jour et de la nuit moyennant un abonnement...

      Nope. Je ne suis pas fansdes abonnements. Ce système-ci permet justement de jammer n'importe quand avec qui l'on veut, sans AUCUN abonnement ni aucune limite!@@JudgeFredd

    Does axiom V2 have the same two way communication features?

      Yes, definitely, like all our other plug-ins/software. A video showing this feature is close to be released by the way :-)

    Now all that's missing are LFOs/envelopes... like in "Multipass" to control plugin parameters. Then it would be a better alternative to Kilohearts (because of the possibility of integrating VSTs, which "Multipass" is missing..."). Then I would finally have the perfect multi-effects plugin! So I'll continue to use my beloved "Multipass" and hope for more good "Snapins" or maybe VST support at some point. But for those who don't need these functions, the MB-7 mixer is certainly the better alternative.

    Could you do piezoelectric synth modelling or what about a model for other instruments that use piezo like erhu or autochord

      I guess it could help better tones on synths, but it is not synthesizing/generating notes, it is only processing sounds.

    Next level ISDN and VST CONNECT. Impressive

    This is crazy. So much more control for applying selective effects to the frequency spectrum.
